Victor-Hugo Vaca II
is a swell fellow. I never heard of the guy before. He is a U.S. artist who got stranded in the Caucasus nation of Georgia at the outbreak of the COVID crisis in early 2020, and has made this his second home. He loves doing interviews with people who don’t care about political correctness. Needless to say, he was titillated by the idea to have me on.
